In the village of Seaside, twin brothers, Axel and Rodney Ribbontopp, work high atop a candy-striped lighthouse. 

Alice and Benny Firebaugh are twins too! They are 89 years younger than the Ribbontopp twins.

One day, Axel stays at home, in bed, reading a book, and says he can't go to work because of his lumbago.

Alice and Benny visit Axel and -- quick as a flicker -- using only the power of their imagination, find a creative way to chase away his lumbago.
