Penumbra: Equinox

The stars aligned and the earth's vibrations were perfect, signalling the birth of the next Princess Witch, Alia. Except, no one bothered to tell Alia. 

Whoops. 

Senior year (Class of 1989!) was promised to be easy. Boy, was that a lie. Alia not only found out she was some superpowered witch, people started dropping secrets and lies and revealing truths just about every day. 

Things only went downhill from there. It got worse when Vladimir Vaduva, Scary Substitute English Teacher, showed up and showed way too much interest in Alia's best friend Coleen. And being out of the sun. And blood. 

And, still, it got worse. Nothing could really prepare Alia and her friends for the battle ahead. Would have been nice if someone had warned her...
