Homicide Detective Olivia Darrow is still reeling from the bombing at the CSB home office. Guilt weighs on her knowing that the attack, which claimed the life of a fellow officer, was targeted at her.

Removed from the Red Rover Case, Olivia is trying to delve back into a normal routine when an arsonist begins burning through the city. The entertainment sector is scorched while people associated with TITAN Industries are viciously slaughtered.

The clock is ticking. To prevent the body count from rising, Olivia must discover who's behind these malicious crimes before she becomes the next victim. Yet as she's thrust into a twisted mind's dark obsession, Olivia begins to fear this is one lethal scenario she can't unravel or escape.
