A prestigious American electronics company develops a terrain avoidance / terrain following radar system that is completely undetectable by enemies. Then, mysteriously, the CIA discovers that the Soviets have the design. At home, an FBI investigation reveals that the culprit is someone high up in Pierce Electronics. They have their man.
