Finally setting out to fulfill her desire to perform extreme acts of public exhibitionism, Harley stepped out of the house intending not to stop until every fantasy had been sated, or she was arrested. Eyes going to her handsome older neighbor sitting on his front porch enjoining the warm spring day, her decided to give him a sneak peak of things to come. Bending over in the guise of adjusting the straps of her gladiator-style boots, she let her dress ride up giving him an unobstructed view of  what she had to offer.
