Reality Lies

Have you ever seen something that you swear was something else only to find you were badly mistaken? Imagine a world where how a young boy sees the world is what the world becomes!

This is the story of Jay Noll as we follow him through the stages of his life, schooldays, young love, commitment and loss.

A story of that realization that what we see is only how we perceive it.

We are all Jay Noll in our own separate way as I realized when my father died last year. I touched him as he left and felt the warmth leave his body. Among the events of Jay Noll's journey was the reality of letting go. I was amazed at how Jay's journey mirrored my own. I see how in some major ways Reality Lies is my own story. How we see people filtered through love and how we lock hurt in the walls of life. I didn't see me while writing it but I believe in the process I finally opened the wall.
