'Retooling' New Hampshire Workers: State Programs, Community Colleges Offer Range of Training to Firms (Workforce Training‪)‬

New Hampshire's workforce advocates say that the Granite State needs its skilled workers never more than now as it battles the recession forcing companies--and sometimes the workers themselves--to retool for the future. One of the places where both businesses and employees can turn is the Workforce Opportunity Council, which uses federal funds to support three key areas in the professional development of the state's workforce.
