PER CURIAM. The indictment charged the appellant with unlawfully possessing heroin. Counsel was appointed by the trial court to represent
appellant in the trial court and on this appeal. The appellant entered a plea of not guilty and the trial resulted in a verdict
and judgment of conviction. Hence, this appeal.
