Beschreibung des Verlags
Rodney Rainbow by David Paul Smith is a story about a blob like any other —except for one thing: Rodney had no hair. Rodney was bald. Everywhere Rodney looked, there was hair. His friends had hair, his parents had hair, his sister had hair, but he did not. Rodney admired everyone's hair and so Rodney decided that he wanted hair, no matter the colour. Every time he eats something, hair grows to match the food, but the hair doesn't stay for long. Rodney struggles to keep his hair but the hair keeps falling off his head. Will he ever get the hair he wants? Read the book to find out.

Rodney Rainbow by David Paul Smith is a delightful book that I really enjoyed reading. I thought Rodney Rainbow was very funny and easy to read. I would recommend this book to young readers under six as it is an easy read, is very simple, and has very few words per page. The illustrations were very charming, and the simplicity of the illustrations matched the theme of the book, which is colorful and cute. It was easy to tell who the illustrations were of and I wasn't wondering, "Now who is that?" I liked the original drawings — some on napkins — and text showing how David Paul Smith came up with the idea, which was interesting and unique. You should definitely read Rodney Rainbow.
