A beautiful young princess is in danger of being forced by her father the king to marry a prince she doesn’t love. The king gets his way but by unknowingly taking advantage of an earlier indiscretion of her father the princess is able to manipulate him so that she gets his blessing to marry the handsome young courtier with whom she is in love and with whom she is having a heated affair.
