Can Britain rule itself and exist as a united Kingdom, let alone influence the world? The question has been put to members of the government, government advisers, historians and economists. Introduced in the film by two neutral presenters dressed in white from head to toe and wearing white masks; filmed during the first UK lock down. From Stonehenge, Julius Caesar, King Arthur, the empire, gay liberation, Lady thatcher, Brexit and Covid19, is Rule Britannia still standing?
