Rusty the bicycle is a lonely old bike that has been left behind by his previous owners. He dreams of racing again like he used to. As new owners take over the garden where Rusty stands, Rusty can only gaze on as he sees Little Tim polishing his very much loved shiny yellow bike ahead of race day. After disaster strikes hours before the big town race, can Rusty help save the day and win the race?
