In every twisted family, there is love.
Halsey a humble mother of three thought she had gotten rid of all her issues when she divorced her alcoholic husband but she was wrong.
One of her sons finds himself in a gang and another drops out of school. In all of this, her daughter remains the sanity among the children.
Still in the country they live in, the greedy deputy president of their African country, Desama, strives to enrich himself in all means possible even if it means working with a terrorist leader.
Halsey ends up getting kidnapped which forces her children to look for her making them enter into further problems they didn't have.....
