The following manuscript is the text of a video that was edited by "members" of the Animal Liberation Front and distributed via DVDs and on-line, and has been seen by countless people around the world. The purpose of the video seems to be some sort of training video, since the footage is derived from cameras that the Animal Liberators wore on their hats or bodies while training and while exposing the horrid conditions of factory farms, laboratories, and puppy mills that they visited during their heroic actions.
