Sandfire

For 16 year old Stacey, life in her semi-rural town is the very definition of boring. To escape, she immerses herself in an imaginary future where her heroine leads a much more exciting life.

Teeney is a girl assassin who must use her wits and skills to survive in the war torn future. She is given a young apprentice to train, but can she keep him alive when the stakes continue to be raised?

As the story unfolds, alternating between real life and fiction, both girls will learn that life is rarely fair, and never quite goes to plan.
