A unique musical way to experience Santa Cruz! Santa Cruz in Song and Image features original instrumental guitar, alongside illustrations that showcase the sights and landmarks that inspire the music. 

The natural surroundings of Santa Cruz provide an endless source of natural beauty for solace, reflection and inspiration. Guitarist Brian Gore tapped into those sensibilities by using the ocean vistas and redwood-studded mountains around Santa Cruz as his palate for ten beautiful instrumental guitar songs featured in the project.  Renowned illustrator Bill Russell created paintings in tandem, to tell the story of the music.  The result is a "one of a kind musical map" of the area.
