New Moon Beach is a mess; potholes in the streets, broken park equipment and a one-man police force that wants a raise. Resident witch and city mayor Harmony Merriman, needs to act now, before the city coffers are empty. Ever on the alert for ways to increase tourism dollars, Harmony jumps at the chance to entice famed artist, Thor Hudson, to paint a sea mural in the middle of her seaside town. Promising not to use her magic to lure the artist to New Moon Beach, Harmony enlists the help of a few other ladies of witchy persuasion. Their magic may have worked, but Thor Hudson came with a suitcase of problems of his own. He’s a broken man, unable to finger paint much less work his artistic magic on a 200 foot mural. Now Harmony’s on the outs with the man she loves and her plans to make New Moon Beach a must-see destination are quickly heading south. With the help of enchanted cupcakes, wave walking witches, and lots of crossed fingers, Thor Hudson just might surprise them all by painting the town of New Moon Beach prosperous.
