The theme for these devotions is Search the Scriptures. Jesus speaks these very words in connection with the truth that the Scriptures, specifically the Old Testament, bear witness to Him (John 5:39). In Luke 24:44, our Lord tells His disciples that the things written of Him in Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled. Volume 2 concludes shortly after Palm Sunday with Jesus healing the blind and sick brought to Him in the temple.
