When Noelle Moran faces an emergency while waiting to see Santa with her grandkids on a visit to New York City, she rejects the help of recently retired hospital exec Matt Kezanski. Their paths cross again on a snowy Fifth Avenue and despite the opposition of her family and her own lack of recent practice, she begins to fall in love.
