Sebbie's Sea

During a visit to the beach, Sebbie meets King Neptune who magically transports him around the oceans in an attempt to discover who is responsible for so much pollution in his Kingdom. The boy discovers first-hand the extent of the damage in our seas and more importantly, if there is still time to save them.
