About the Author

Tatshee L. Simmons is a soldier in the military where she has devoted 23 years to the Army, previously working as a Master Sergeant in Logistics, and currently an active Lieutenant Healthcare Officer. She has years’ of experience and education, in which she has had the opportunity to work with many organizations and deployments with the development, operations, and administration of different programs. Tatshee has an extensive background in education to include the following: Master’s, Bachelor, & Associate’s Degree. At the present time she is in her Dissertation Phase in which she will soon hold the title for her Doctorate Degree.
