Silver Sagas Box Set 7-9

In the midst of his struggle to adapt to the fact that he will never fly—let alone walk—again, fairy Prince Isaac of the Wood Fairy Tribe meets a lovely doctor who claims that she can heal him. He would be a fool not to take the chance, but only he can heal the scars on his soul, scars won in a bitter fight against pirates mere months earlier.

Doctor Cassidy Clark is a skilled surgeon, accustomed to her well-ordered life in the volcanic-glass domed cities of the Water Fairy Tribe. Confident that she could help the wounded Wood Fairy prince, she left her home, risking the secret of her tribe's existence.

Now she finds herself stranded for an entire season at the Wood Fairy capital city of Weetu, tucked away in an old sugar maple. Will she be sensible enough to keep her distance or will she succumb to Isaac's winning ways?

An intertribal treaty negotiated eons ago forbids the four surface tribes from publicly acknowledging the existence of the Water Fairy Tribe or suffer its wrath. Over time, even the stories have faded until only the royal families remember and guard against this danger.

These circumstances severely complicate matters for Lady Cassidy of the Water Fairy Tribe, stranded for the winter in the Wood Fairy city of Weetu. In addition to her volunteer medical duties, she must constantly watch what she says and does or risk revealing her identity.

In her struggle to keep her tribal secrets, Lady Cassidy keeps everyone in Weetu at arm's length—even Isaac, the attractive Wood Fairy Crown Prince she's trying so hard not to love.

Despite what everyone else seems to think, Historian Rolf Warner is just an ordinary young fairy who is continually being swept into extraordinary circumstances.

Trapped under the West Sea with the hidden Water Fairy Tribe for the winter, Rolf is asked to help with an initiative that may well prove the beginning of the end for their way of life—and that would benefit all of Fairydom.
