Publisher Description
1. INTRODUCTION We are going to present the statelessness concept in Somalia in the context of African development. When one hears "Somalia" one thinks of words like disaster, disorder, chaos etc. We will conduct an analysis of how it developed from an economic standpoint starting from the end of Siad Barre's dictatorship and identify the institutions that provided a form of order in the absence of state.
