State v. Mcomber

1 Appellant Coby Robert McOmber appeals from his conviction in the District Court for the Third Judicial District, Powell County, of one count of felony solicitation to commit the offense of issuing a bad check. McOmbers appeal concerns the District Courts decision allowing the State to introduce, as prior consistent statements, a written statement and a police-interview transcript of a testifying witness, Bill Peltier. We affirm.
