Book 2- Fly Away Home

After being betrayed by her cheating ex-husband, Cindy is the only single woman in her group of friends in Cedar Falls, Colorado.  She decides she needs to leave town--their happiness is killing her. She takes a job in Denver and joins a singles group to find her soul mate. Her friends gift her a Sharpe puppy for her birthday and Cindy names him Prince. This little dog is her partner in crime. To realize her dream she'll risk rejection and dating frogs to find her real Prince.

Officer Jack Riley wants nothing more than to be left alone. He does free lance writing and works nights as a policeman. When he goes undercover to get the story about dating in the  Denver singles scene he hates the idea. Then he meets Cindy. He realizes there is more to life than grieving the loss of loved ones and fighting his own demons. He isn't really living, if he's not out there experiencing life in all its messiness--the good, the bad and the love. Cindy and Jack must learn to forgive the past in order to find their own Sweet Home Colorado.

Book 3 - Home Sweet Home  

After her father dies in a suspicious car crash, a grieving Jenna Myers moves to Denver to manage the apartment complex she inherits, the legacy from her family. The crime goes unsolved. But when one of her tenants is also murdered, Jenna must face a dark truth. It was a case of mistaken identity. Not only was her father's death no accident. The killer is after her.

Homicide Detective Michael Locassio meets Jenna and sparks fly...literally. He saves her from a burning apartment building. She wants to help solve the murder of her father and tenant. He wants her to stay out of his way. She's attracted to his good looks, but turned off by his surly disposition. He's surprised by the attraction he feels for her, but knows she's trouble. Since his wife died, he doesn't need anyone to keep him warm at night. He has an electric blanket and it works just fine. And the last thing he wants is for Jenna to end up dead like her tenant--his undercover agent.
