T.F. Roberts Ranch "The Early Years‪"‬

Starting in the late 1890's to the mid 1940's the Roberts Ranch was home to a hard lived family of Ranchers, Homesteaders, Farmers and Hunters. This time spans the "Open Range" cattle days through Homesteading, the Depression, the Dustbowl years to the end of WWII. The harshness of those early days, the life, the struggles and the joys are captured thru the lens of the family camera and is the focus of this compilation. It is thru those old photos, along with a few preserved family historical stories, that we can relive those nearly forgotten days. Cherish the memories of those who worked the soils before us and realize the blessings of our present day 21st century lifestyle.
