Tattered Hearts

Nora Manning flees a life of torment, desperate in a search for safety as well as anonymity. A random stop in affluent Bartholomew, New York, provides what she needs when she finds employment as a live-in housekeeper/cook for businessman Ben Stafford.
As they coexist inside his home with polite deference for each other, she soon realizes Ben’s need for seclusion equals her own. All is well until a series of events unlock their private pain and they are forced to confront their pasts and seek a path to healing their collective anguish.
