This is a suit for infringement of plaintiffs United States Patent No. 2,673,805, issued on March 30, 1954, on application filed March 2, 1953, to Tip Top Products Company as assignee of Benjamin W. Coleman. The district court held the single claim of this patent to be valid and infringed.
