Tea Pie, Love and Reality

Sally Petersen’s second book, Tea Pie, Love and Reality, is memoir in a series of miniatures. Many less than a page, they are poignant and funny, unique and universal. Like tapas or small plates, each is sufficient when sampled alone, or you can make a full meal.
Petersen, a former journalist, columnist and essayist, illuminates experiences from a Midwestern childhood to a Fortune 500 corporate world, with stops along the way for mountain climbing, youngsters, travel, creativity and pushing life to the edges.
She lives in the wine country between Oregon’s coast and mountains with her husband, Jim, also a writer.
