Contrary to the buzz around the water-cooler, Devlin "Devil" Stone is not paranoid. Someone's trying to sabotage his flashy Manhattan PR agency and, to make matters worse, his trusted PA disappears without a word.

Enter Lyssa Kendall, an ingenue with an atttiude who finances her "Lady Macbeth" fantasies with temporary clerical work.

When Devlln spots the inconsistencies on her resumé, he shows her the door... but not before Lyssa charms one of the agency's star clients with her theatrical savvy.

To save this contract -- and against his better judgment -- Devlin hires Lyssa to "act" as his associate director.
