The book contains a 10 point plan, or 10 proposals from The Answer Movement (TAM), including greatly strengthening the United Nations Organization (UNO), and an International Code for Uniform Culture (ICUC), which if successfully put into place, would make our world a much better place for everyone The book also contains discussion of organized religion in detail, and suggests the changing of political structures, and an International Language called Linguish.
