The Austen Trinity

The Williamson families have been resident in the village of Throgstanton in Hampshire for over 200 years. In that time they had built up their blacksmith business from scratch in 1805 to a workshop which now employs several people.
But in October 2012, three families of Williamsons are almost wiped out by a person or persons unknown. In each case the wives of each family are missing.
Ex Detective Superintendent Jenny Sanderson has been called in as a consultant because of her years of experience in multiple murders. As her investigation proceeds she realises there are darker forces at work and that the reason for these murders is somehow rooted in the relationship James Williamson had with Jane Austen.
This relationship left her so distraught she stopped her writings for almost five years. But was the relationship the only reason?
