Lying in bed, he received a revelation from God to write about his current experiences in the hopes that it might help others to have hope and the determination to live in spite of their physical and mental limitations. He has taken to heart the lessons God has taught him to be a better person today than he was yesterday. He continues to use his gifts in the ministry as Worship leader and continues to preach at the Sunday Worship Services, at The Courtyards at Pasadena. The Blessing of a Breakdown will teach you that God wants you to have a fresh start in life, a new beginning and gives you the power to start over. Darrell earned a B.A. degree in Religion and Philosophy from Wiley College, Marshall, Texas and a Master of Divinity degree in Theology from Southern Methodist University, Perkins School of Theology, Dallas, Texas. Darrell is married to Beverly and lives in Pasadena Texas.
