Mandy is trying to focus on her job as the publicist for Holiday Beach, Florida, but the town has other ideas. It's National Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk Day and all the milk that was set aside for the special milk spilling ceremony is missing. There are no clues and only limited suspects, because why would anyone want to steal a ton of milk?

But if Mandy can't find the culprit and the milk before time runs out, the celebration will be ruined and the whole town will end up crying over missing milk.
