After A heart stopping national motocross race against Tom, Matt receives a call from an oil and gas drilling company. One of their drilling rigs is in trouble and could be blown up at any moment. With thousands of cubic meters of gas spewing uncontrollably from the well, the drilling companies' operation manager pleads with Matt to accept his offer and help bring the situation of the rig under control. His offer is too good to refuse. After Monique (Matt's girlfriend) reluctantly lets him go, Matt teams up with Jack. The duo have been the best of friends since they were young teenagers.
