The Devil's Numbers

What if the world fell asleep and only one person was awake. What would the last man on the planet do if everyone around him were like a still photograph. Much has changed in the shattered world. Andy has survived his first brush with the numbered men only to come out broken and injured. The effects of their planet altering machinations have left him with more questions and susceptible to experimental tinkering. He has been physically changed but that alteration has put him at an advantage. He has caused damage to their operations and they are determined to kill him by any means before he brings their entire plans of world remodeling down around them.
