The Dream Home

When a dream home becomes a nightmare.
Elle Quinn, worn out from her seemingly never-ending and messy divorce, faces financial ruin and homelessness. Feeling guilty for the trauma her divorce has brought on her young daughter, Madison, Elle receives an offer to rent a dream home by the coast for a ridiculously low sum. Hoping they can plan in peace the next stage of their lives, she accepts, but the idyllic house is not all it seems.

Soon strange occurrences and the unwelcome attention of odd neighbors sets Elle on edge. Household objects mysteriously go missing. She gets the feeling they are not alone. That somebody is watching their house. 

When Madison becomes withdrawn and complains of a strange figure that visits in her dreams she realizes she must discover the secret to their dream home.
