Momo's bad news sends Tolliver and me back to the Other World to find out what happened. There the Princess of Autumnstead lies trapped in an enchanted sleep from which the queen and her allies have labored for months to free her. My quest to awaken her leads to the deserts of the Dusty Mountains and, against all odds, reunites me with my ex-boyfriend Gerry. Even with his aid, the magic to help Fiona is difficult, a form so advanced that even the First People couldn't master it.
