The Edge of Wetness

Artists need to be teachers because it is in the nature of art to be seeking answers to perplexing problems.  Art is "wet" in its role as investigation.  It is fluid in the same way as life is fluid. Artists need to invent their work and be true to who they are as unique individuals  to fulfill their role as originators.
