The Executive Order

Book begins with an executive order to release terrorist prisoners from the Guantanamo Detention Center (GITMO) to their home countries or sent to a prison in the United States as part of a plot to overthrow the government. The characters in the book, military, civilian and political are determined not to let that happen; they would not sit by and watch a coup take over in the U.S., so they planned one together; both political parties with the help of the military.
