Raised on the mean streets of Detroit, Tim Carpenter has struggled and fought for everything in life. Andy Wheeler has been raised in an affluent suburb, miles from Detroit, with a loving family. Given everything he’s ever needed, Andy has coasted through life before succumbing to his father’s wishes.
As college roommates, the two form an unlikely friendship and find beneath one man’s course, unrefined exterior and the other’s smooth, sophisticated façade they are more similar than not. Their exploits take them on a hair-raising car ride, the snowy mountains of Upper Michigan and to the waterways of the Great Lakes.
But cracks begin to appear as one man’s dark past begins to emerge until it threatens to destroy everything they have worked so hard to achieve…including their friendship.
