The Gift That Keeps Giving

In the beginning, Mrs. Gigi and Mr. Honeybun remodeled the old Clubhouse so they could get the Clubhouse Gang off the streets of Atlanta. Every year for two weeks during summer vacation, the whole gang-Suga Baby, Little Papa, China Doll, Peanut, Smiley, Buddy, KayKay, Joseph, Grace, and Princess-came to the Clubhouse to have fun and go on field trips.

But this year is different-the Clubhouse is closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone is stressed about being quarantined, and also about all the unjust murders happening in their city. Mrs. Gigi is feeling sad about the situation so she decides to pray about it. That night in a dream it is revealed to her that the Clubhouse should not close its doors. She keeps her plans a secret until the Big Ball. But that night something terrible happens..
