This book of short stories presents protagonists who need to make moral decisions-from a rabbi who has to decide whether to officiate at a funeral to a soldier who has to decide whether to let captives go free. Another presents a girl who takes ethics to its logical conclusion. In the appendix there are questions keyed to the elements to consider in deciding whether you agree with the decision the character made.
