Maggie Lee doesn’t make new friends easily.

When her dog DeeDee has a meet-cute with another Doberman named Champ, Maggie is thrilled to befriend his owner, Madison.

But their friendship is soon strained when Madison’s husband, NFL rookie, Santana Smith is accused of murdering his baby mama.
