The Lady Next Door

A woman and her young son alone in a grand house in the woods sold for way under its value; what could possibly go wrong?

Karn Winters' husband died over a year ago, so she buys a country house to get a fresh start with her young son Gary. The house seems perfect with a very low asking price. Her lawyer is Bart Sinclair, a helpful friend of her husband's. She doesn't know he is eager to help her because of his secret agenda. 

Life in the new house is not ideal. Gary says he is getting toy trucks from the lady next door, but Karn knows she doesn't exist. The house there is empty. When the trucks are found to have blood on them, how can they ever feel safe? What is lurking in the woods behind their fence?
