In 1979,  former NASA scientist Dr. Horace Michael Mitchel spent roughly 3 years alone in a Nevada desert "Deep Underground Military Base" with what was believed to be a female, "negroid-looking" extraterrestrial from another world. The highly classified black project was actually a scheduled alien visitation. Without supervision or oversight, they grew very close and intimate. They eventually discovered that their bodies, although different, were very sexually compatible.

They fell deeply into a universal kind of love. Against all of the rules, she decided to give him forbidden knowledge. He received an understanding of interdimensional travel and how to manipulate and bend the elemental laws. She even showed him the future and how the world would end, and the part he must play in it. He documented every detail but decided never to share its contents. He feared the shockwave of anarchy this information would create all over the world.

When the project was finally scrubbed, Dr. Mitchel went on with his life, but he knew that one day he would eventually be viewed as the most dangerous man on the planet and have a date with his true destiny. Makia was forced to return to her world, leaving behind her love and the child they created.

He is the only living scientist left from Project Mogul who knows about the government's final plans for Earth and how they can be stopped. It's a secret that they want to keep hidden.
