The Legion learns of the evolutionary "Terrorforming" process intended for Earth by President McCauley, a.k.a. Ra's Al Ghul. But it may be too late, since it's already begun! Whoever said improving the species is a good thing didn't see these guys! We also learn the fate of Legion World, and there may be another surprise or two by issue's end!
