The Line

THE LINE is on a mission of silliness. Flying through time and space, it draws itself. A silly dog. A hopping frog. Hats and cats. Kissing fish. A two, and a tu-tu too. It pauses in its persistence, to ponder its existence, realizing that life is what you make it, and meant to be filled with love.

I found a blank 64 page book, while on a creative assignment in Copenhagen for a London ad agency. Missing my kids, I decided to draw a line through it, to see where it might go. I drew it in one, all-night fantasy. The result is this linear look at life.
