Bill is a former Marine working with a spec ops unit in a world gone to hell. He enjoys laying waste to the notorious terrorist group D9 and its cunning leader, Zane. As an advance scout for his spec ops unit, Bill is used to working with the sinners and smugglers of ports and coves throughout the world.
But he cares more for fighting than sticking to the rules, and after a chance encounter with a mesmerizing woman, he takes his shot in the middle of an operation.
