The New Arc: Issue #1, May 2007

The definition of D.I.Y. is "The New Arc." Because we did it ourselves. Here are ten up-and-coming (and believe me, they are coming) authors, and one who has graced the world with her artistry. Alice Elliot Dark, besides being possibly the greatest creative writing teacher in the world, is the author of such critically acclaimed work as In the Gloaming, Think of England, and Naked to the Waist--and in this issue, she shares a powerful poem, "Hate, for Love."
